- Graduates must arrive no later than 4:00 p.m.
- Doors will open at 3:45 p.m. for general admission of parents and guests. Saving seats is not permitted.
- The ceremony will take approximately 90 minutes.
- The Welsh-Ryan Arena is not air-conditioned. High temperatures can be dangerous to certain individuals.
